08:00 Pick up from hotel and drive along the local road of Ban Laem-Bang Tabun to Petchburi. See salt fields and experience salt farming activity at Ban Rong Yai village which takes place during the dry season. Then continue along the scenic road to Ban Lad, a local village famous for sugar palm plantation who will share the knowledge and local wisdom of palm sugar which is the main ingredient of traditional Thai food and sweets. Thai Lunch at village by your own account. In the afternoon visit the Phra Nakorn Khiri historical park, located on three mountain tops, built by King Rama IV with neo classic and Chinese architecture. The complex consists of the royal throne halls, astronomy observation tower, national museum, and royal chapels. Then continue to Hua Hin.
Time at leisure to relax and explore Hua Hin walking street and night market.
Overnight at Blue Marine Hotel
After breakfast visit Hua Hin local market and continue to Sam Roi Yod National Park. Enjoy walking the nature trail of 500 meters to learn about ecosystem of mangrove forest and wild habitats. Then proceed to the nearby Khao Daeng hill for hiking 500 meters to the top for a panoramic view of the beach, river and rice fields. Then enjoy one-hour scenic boat trip along Khao Daeng River.
Lunch at a local restaurant by your account before heading to Kuiburi National Park for wildlife safari. Upon arrival get on an open-air pickup car, provided by a local guide, to search for wild elephants, gaurs, and Banteng at various habitats and salt licks in the late afternoon. It is not guaranteed to find all the wild animals mentioned in the program.

After breakfast continue the trip via Chumporn to Ranong with a few stops to explore the local beach destinations including Ban Krud and Bang Berd Bay which is unique for wind-blown sand dunes and formations. A stop is made to witness the narrowest part of the Malay Peninsula, in southern Thailand and Myanmar at Kra Isthmus. With a width of 44 km between Kra River and the Bay of Sawi nearby Chumporn, the east part of the land bridge belongs to Thailand, while the west part belongs to the Tanintharyi division of Myanmar. Chumporn is also the biggest producer of Robusta coffee beans in Thailand with 60% market share. A visit to Gong Eco Coffee Shop is therefore a must to join the DIY coffee roasting activity and sip your own brewed Robusta coffee here.
Upon arrival in Ranong, visit the province main attractions including the grave of Ranong s first governor, Kho Su Chiang, for a good luck and learn about Chinese Fengshui of this beautiful sacred place; the Rattana Rangsarn Royal Palace which was built for the residence of King Rama V during the royal visit to Ranong Province on 23–25 April 1890. After breakfast visit Ranong s natural hot spring at Raksa Warin hot spring park. Then drive to Si Phang-nga National Park.The park covers a total area of 63,320 acres of the Koh Nom Sao Range, which is a national forest reserve locating in Khura Buri and Takua Pa district. It features intact moist evergreen forests. There are many tropical floras in this park such as orchids like lady’s slippers. The park also serves as a natural habitat for different species of fauna and birds such as Malayan tapir, Sumatran serow, banteng, barking deer, tiger, hornbill, Asian fairy-bluebird, helmeted hornbill, soro brook carp, Blyth’s giant frog, etc. Rainy season here is longer than summer as there are rains almost all year from May to December. Enjoy walking to explore the national park and its waterfalls which locate one kilometer from the Park’s headquarters. The waterfall cascades down a cliff of 63 meters high with water running all year, especially in the rainy season. Soro brook carp fish inhabits the stream. The surrounding area is very shady with large trees.
Then drive to further to visit The Royal Thai Navy Turtle Conservation Phang Nga. The research and breeding program have been initiated by King Rama IX to increase the wild populations of the Green, Hawksbill, and Olive Ridley Sea turtles off the Andaman coast. The Thai Navy has an active role in the turtle conservation program and regularly patrols beaches in the Similan and Surin Islands in the Andaman Sea, for intruders and poachers. They also protect the eggs laid on the remote islands and keep them safe from predators such as birds and crabs. Once they are born, the turtles are brought to the Navy s turtle protection center where they are nursed for another six months before being released into the sea. The center also takes care of injured turtles.
