When processing with a reservation, kindly provide complete guest’s contact details including names as per passport, international flight details and accommodation type.
In order to ensure a smooth airport arrival process, we also require a photocopy of guest’s passports prior to arrival. We kindly ask you to send these scanned documents at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
The Maison’s Alchemists will contact you prior to arrival to obtain the guest’s preferences and propose tailor-made activities and experiences. Please send back to us the Guest Preferences Questionnaire, sent upon reservation confirmation.
In case the Guest Preferences Questionnaire is not received in a timely manner, our Maison reserves the right to contact the involved travel agent directly (if any), copying you.
NO-SHOW POLICY
In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be charged. All fees and penalties are tax and service charge.
GROUP BOOKING
Any booking of 6 villas or more is considered as a group booking and subject to specific payment and cancellation conditions. Should you have a group request, we invite you to contact our sales & reservations departments for a proposal.
EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of check out prior to the reserved date, or for any night taken off the original reservation within the cancellation period, the Maison will charge an early departure fee for the remaining villa nights including tax to the guest’s account, or invoice the Preferred partner in case of reduction of the stay duration within the cancellation period.

The Cheval Blanc experience begins upon arrival at Velana International Airport, as guests are welcomed by our Airport Ambassadeurs and escorted to the Maison’s private lounge where they may unwind and enjoy a peaceful rest prior to embarking to their final destination via a scenic seaplane ride
Conveniently equipped with private bathrooms and showers, guests may change into their resort-style attire.
The Mini Carrousel at the seaplane salon offers a selection of games, toys and entertainment for our younger travellers.
Guests may also book the CIP services offered at Velana International Airport on arrival and departure, to minimise wait time for formalities upon arrival or departure to ensure a smooth transfer. A charge of USD203 subject to 10% service charge and 12% Goods & Service Tax will be applicable per person.
We will be delighted to arrange seaplane transfers from the Cheval Blanc Seaplane Salon nearby Velana International Airport to Cheval Blanc Randheli; guests may choose from one of the two following options:

To ensure maximum comfort we encourage our guests to start their holiday experience with an exclusive 40-minute journey onboard Cheval Blanc’s customised seaplane.
The 9-seat bespoke seaplane is elegantly appointed in shades of taupe and beige, in true Cheval Blanc style, illustrating the brand’s sense of detail and craftsmanship. The limited number of seats ensures each guest has plenty of room to enjoy a comfortable flight.
The Cheval Blanc Seaplane is furnished with state-of-the art leather armchairs and audio-visual equipment such as noise-cancelling headsets allowing guests to relax while listening to music.
Onboard, caring crew looks after every guest to ensure their utmost comfort, offering personalised attentions and amenities.

Rate for privatised Cheval Blanc Seaplane is for entire seaplane based on a maximum occupancy of 9 guests.
Guests arriving in Male with a private jet may either wait for the next scheduled seaplane transfer or book a privatised Cheval Blanc Seaplane to shorten the waiting time.

As per Aviation rules, seaplanes are operational only in daylight hours and hence any guest arriving on an international flight landing later than 15:00 would have to stay back in the capital city Male’ or a nearby resort and take the seaplane on the next day.
The shared Cheval Blanc Seaplane has a maximum 2 hours waiting time.
There is only one Cheval Blanc Seaplane. The availability of this seaplane is based on several factors, i.e. preventive maintenance, first come, first serve basis, last minute private charter by a third party or any other unforeseen circumstance. If the Cheval Blanc Seaplane is unavailable for your arrival and/or departure, an alternative seaplane transfer will be arranged in its place as outlined below:
Should another equivalent VIP seaplane be available; we will book the transfer accordingly without any effect on the price.
If no VIP seaplane is available, we will book a regular shared seaplane transfer and apply the lower regular seaplane transfer price.
Cancellation of seaplane transfers on the day of arrival (other than for airline changes outside of the guest’s control) or in the event of a no-show will incur 100% cancellation fee on the one-way seaplane transfer charge.
