Volunteer program
Experience life with hill tribe family, work on a farm an with elephants.
You will stay with a foster hill tribe family and for the duration of your stay be a family member, doing everything they do in their daily lies.
We will learn their lifestyle and speak their language. You will work in their farms and participate in village activities. And, you will take care of the elephants, doing everything a mahout (elephant handler) does.
In the process, you will appreciate the role the mahout plays in caring for these wonderful animals, and grow to love the elephants more. In your spare time, enjoy a swim in the river and waterfalls. Your volunteer experience includes six nights of lodging in shared rooms and three meals a day.
When you leave, you will be a new person, and you will miss your hill tribe and elephant families.

The transport departs from village around 4:00 pm and you will be in the city by 5:00 pm . If you have to leave earlier please contact our volunteer coordinators to arrange this.
